TTPh SAFETY AND HEALTH, QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Toyota Tsusho Philippines Corporation (TTPH), a warehousing and logistics enterprise will pursue to: 

Provide the best quality products and services to the delight of the interested parties; support the company’s strategic direction, nature and scale of environmental impacts; healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health. 

Resolve deviations from the Integrated Management Systems’ (IMS) requirements through timely performance evaluation within the purpose, size and context of TTPH. 

Observe achievement of the Quality Management System requirements; fulfill environmental compliance obligations; and elimination of hazards and reduce Occupational Health & Safety risks. 

Verify satisfaction to applicable requirements; commitment to protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution and other specific commitment relevant to the context of the organization and fulfill legal and other requirements. 

Instill to all personnel that the setting of quality, environmental and OHS objectives is to ensure achievement of effective intended outcome guided by the Toyota Tsusho Fundamental Philosophy and Global Code of Conduct and Ethics (COCE). 

Demonstrate continual improvement of the IMS to enhance overall safety and health, quality, and environmental performance, while also fostering worker consultation and participation.

Ensure that this Policy is communicated and understood by employees and other relevant parties and all the requirement of the IMS and the requirements of the reference Standards are implemented, evaluated, maintained and updated in a timely manner.
